That's why we offer the industry's best online purchase guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your kites, we will exchange or refund your purchase for a period of fourteen (14) days for any online purchase on bestkiteboarding.com .

If you chose the wrong kite model or the wrong size for your local conditions – simply return it, in good working condition, to Best Kiteboarding within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange it for the perfect kite for you, or refund the purchase price.

While no kite is indestructible, we believe our kites – and every piece of equipment we make – are the best available.

Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions

We want you to be happy with your Best purchase. Be assured we will always find a way to provide you with the best possible solution in any event. However, in order to offer the Best 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee both sides commit to the following rules. So we basically make sure that this guarantee applies only to in-season Best product, purchased on our website, shipped to Europe and will be returned in good condition at own cost in time. Please find details below:

  • Guarantee only applies to latest in-season kites, bars or boards (both single items and package deals). Spare parts, accessories or seasoned gear from deals or outlet sections are excluded from Best Satisfaction Guarantee program.
  • Guarantee applies only to purchases on bestkiteboarding.com
  • Guarantee is limited to orders billed and shipped to addresses within the US, Canada, European Union, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland
  • Customer must register the product online for Best's extended Warranty Program via Best Product Registration form
  • Customer must request a warranty online. Request must include a picture to proof the product is in good working conditions as well as a picture of the serial number on the product if applied.
  • Return will only be valid under Best Satisfaction Guarantee if Return Material Authorization (RMA) is provided by Best Kiteboarding and is included with the shipment back.
  • Returned product can only be accepted under the conditions of this program if the product will be returned using the original packaging material respectively shipping box.
  • Product must be shipped back before 14 days after purchase date.
  • We are obliged to do a thorough check of the used product upon return to the warehouse. When returning a used product, you will be charged
  • $/€49 check and refurbishment fee per boards or bars
  • $/€99 check and refurbishment fee per kite only or packs ( 2x1 / Kite+bar )
  • Customer is obliged to cover all related shipping cost and other duties where occurring
  • We reserve the right to refuse this guarantee if we feel that the purchaser is abusing this policy.
  • The 14 Days Satisfaction Guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or jurisdiction.
