Maui is one of the first places where kitesurfing began in the world and where the first kitesurfing competitions were held. It is the second largest island of Hawaii and is characterized by its vibrant culture and relaxed lifestyle.

It is famous for its strong winds in the season from March to October, although you can enjoy the wind all year round.

North Shore Beach, Maui

North Shore Beach remains one of the best places to sail, with warm temperatures, steady winds and plenty of nightlife. It is the most popular beach on the island. However, you will find many other places in this wonderful Hawaiian island for kitesurfing, such as “Kite beach” or “Flash Beach”.

Considered the best place to practice kitesurfing for its variety of wind and its incredible strength to launch you and make you fly very high. As we say, Tarifa is a place that impresses every rider who visits it because its wind is constant all year round and you will find strong easterly winds for experts and westerly winds for beginners and wave lovers.

It consists of a beach of more than 10 km, has strong and constant winds, plus sunshine throughout the year. The summer months is when many people gather on the beaches of Tarifa to practice kite, specifically the months of June to September.

It is a good destination during the European winter thanks to its temperatures, this small island is two hours from the south of the Canary Islands and is very well connected. Isla de Sal, Cabo Verde

Kite Beach is located in the east and offers good winds with medium waves. The south is recommended for those looking for a placid sea, while Ponta Preta beach in the west offers big waves and very fast swells.

Unknown to many, La Ventana is a small fishing village on the coast of La Ventana Bay south of La Paz on the east side of the Baja California peninsula in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur.

The best time to surf is from November to March. This bay is located on the east side of the Baja California Peninsula and was declared a World Heritage Site. Generally its turquoise waters are calm and the wind conditions are ideal for all levels.

It has constant wind all year round, tropical temperatures and the possibility for all levels of kite, both for those who are just starting to learn and those who are experts and are looking for a lot of action. Winds are very light and average 18 knots, especially from June to February, although many consider combuco beach to be navigable all year round.
