Since delivering our first Cuben equipped kite back in 2005 we've never slowed our materials R&D program. In 2011 we introduced our Air-Aid, Ripstop and Dacron fabrics which delivered crisper handling and improved durability through the use of advanced infusion fiber and fabric coatings. For 2013 we've taken this one step further by introducing Double Core RS, the ultimate double Ripstop canopy fabric.

Double Core RS weaves two high tenacity filaments into the Warp and Weft to deliver maximum resistance to tear propagation and improved bias load handling. Combine this innovative double-stop weave with our Air-Aid coating technology and you have a lightweight, responsive canopy material of unmatched strength and durability.

The Pro-Cuff+ QR is the easiest to use and simplest to re-assemble quick release system available.. Designed so that the activation pressure of the QR is independent of the load on the flying lines the Pro Cuff+ needs less than 5kg of force to activate even when there is 250kg of pull coming from your kite. Simply push the Pro-Cuff+ towards the bar at any time to activate your kite safety.

Reassembling your Pro-Cuff+ is just as easy, push the cuff to open and slide the chickenloop line back into the open hinge and let the bungee pull the cuff shut for you. If you want to increase or decrease the release tension at any time just adjust the knots on the two bungee lines.

Made out of robust structural plastic and marine grade stainless steel the Pro-Cuff+ QR is built to last. It's quick to disassemble, simple to clean and all moving parts, including the swivel bearings are available as accessories. It's the toughest and most practical bar safety system available and exceeds all current international safety testing standards.

Until we introduced the Sacrifice Insert System (SIS) depower line wear used to affect all bars. Now you can forget about broken and worn depower lines and simply concentrate on having more fun.

By inserting two replaceable Delrin bushes into the center of the bar the Sacrifice Insert System eliminates friction between the bar and the depower line. This gives you a lighter feel at the bar with less drag as you power and depower the bar and means that your depower lines last almost forever.

The underside of the Sacrifice Inserts are shaped to positively fit together with the Underbar Swivel to enhance your unhooked riding experience and make hooking back in easier than ever before. Should you ever need to replace them new Sacrifice Inserts can be fitted in seconds. Just like all the moving parts on the RP and GP bars they are available as spare parts so that you can keep your new bar looking and performing like new forever.

All of our twin-tip boards are built exclusively with pre-impregnated, unidirectional fiberglass. Because we don't use wet lay-up there's no excess epoxy in any of our boards just the perfect mix of strength to weight. Because we use unidirectional fiberglass we can be sure to build in strength exactly where you need it and not to add any weight where you don't. By introducing our Pre-Preg layup this season we have been able to shave up to 700grams off the weight of our boards; helping to make them some of the lightest and strongest boards you can buy.

If you want the pop and control delivered by a stiff board and the daylong riding comfort provided by a more flexible board then you need Vari-Damp.

Vari-Damp blends asymmetric fiberglass placement above and below the core with careful 'in mold 'tensioning of the rocker line to provide differential compression and rebound damping. So you get outrageous pop and smooth chop damping ability in the same board.
