Joe Ruscito wins the CKA Tour Stop #3 Event at the Best of the Best Event in Delray

Congratulations to Joe Ruscito who "came out of nowhere" to win the event, according to event announcer Neil Hutchinson of X-Rated Kiteboarding. Doesn't feel like "out of nowhwere" to us ... we've seen this coming for awhile now!
