Alex Shogren - Founder & Chairman
A passion for kiteboarding and an undying competitive desire brought Alex out of retirement to head Best. After selling an internet company 6 years ago, Alex fell in love with kiteboarding. He brings a unique vision and a highly designed skill set to Best. His experience includes e-commerce, marketing, internet distribution, and internet business model analysis.
Ian Huschle - President & CEO
Ian brings 16 years of experience in building lasting ventures, managing complex operations, and providing financial and strategic advisory services. He is an honors graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, and most recently was with Allen & Company, the New York investment bank, before joining Best. He's also an avid kiteboarder.
Shannon Best - Partner
